Scardillo Cheese was founded in 1959 by Paolo Scardillo who immigrated to Canada from Tricarico, Italy. Today the company continues to be owned by his son, Rocky Scardillo.

We produce both mainstream and speciality cheeses, specializing in Italian Cheese. Our cheese can even be found as far as Quebec.

Just like in the 1960's, fresh Canadian milk and bacterial cultures are used to make Scardillo Cheese. Essentially, our cheese making process remains the same as it was in the 1960's, although some changes have been made over the years.
